Our condominium hotel resort suite has 5 rooms and 1200 sq.ft. providing plenty of room for the perfect family vacation on the South Coast of Maine. It is on the TOP FLOOR (no noise above you) and offers an everchanging view of the salt water tidal waterway of the Rachel Carson Wildlife Preserve. Great for birdwatching as the tide comes in and out. Our hotel lodging accommodation at Village By The Sea in Wells is located conveniently between the quaint New England towns of Kennebunkport and Ogunquit, Maine and near long sandy beaches. Peak Summer 2009....$1400 Weekly (Friday to Friday only)
SPECIAL RATE for the week of August 28 - September 4 - Only $900 plus tax
September 7 - October 31, 2009.........$140/night OR $880 Weekly
November 1 - December 31, 2009.......$115/night OR $675 Weekly
Holiday nights are extra.
Rates do not include 7% state lodging tax
