Since I am the first to write in this second and new guest book, let me start by quoting from the previous book. "Your apartment is beautifully decorated." "it is spacious and contains all the amenities one could want." "The view is wonderful." "We felt right at home in your home suite home." We found all of these statements to be true and we really enjoyed being here. We arrived in 80+ degree weather and then it fell into the 40's but, since we had such a nice place to hang out, it was not a problem. We like coming in the offseason so we take our chances with the weather.

My friends and I had a wonderful time in your spacious "suite". Walking the Marginal Way was the most fun but we also enjoyed shopping in Kittery and Ogunquit and Kennebunkport. I feel like I'm leaving home to go home.

Love your condo. It's so comfy. A promise - we will be back! We loved the area of Wells - esp. the restaurants, craft and antique shops. We travelled all of Cape Cod and this is MUCH better. Kennebunk and Kennebunkport are both great. Cape Arundel Country Club is beautiful for golf. Your accommodations were great!

My family and I LOVED our stay here. Your condo was the BEST place we have ever stayed in just to get away for a few days. We appreciate the 3 TVs and all the little extras. The kids loved watching the sunrise every morning and of course THE POOL! You will most definitely hear from us again to reserve your suite at 7E!
TO future guests - Even in February , you can still find much to do. Some suggestions are:
1) Take a walk through the trail of the Wildlife Preserve a few blocks up on route 1N.
2) Relax a night to dinnner and a movie (the Wells cinema has bargain night Tuesdays - $5
3) Set your alarm for the morning to watch the sunrise
4) Most definitely visit the outlet malls in Kittery. Great discounts this time of year but leave your piggy bank at home!

We enjoyed staying at your place. It was nice and clean when we arrived. The view from the deck is amazing. You have a kid friendly condo. It was nice having 3 TVs so me and my brothers don't fight over what we watch. We enjoyed being close to the pool and game room. My mom loved having the washing machine. We hope to come back again, maybe over the summer.

We have been having a three generation vacation in Maine for quite awhile and have to say this unit was the best arrangement we have had. We really enjoyed the view and the comforts of home while enjoying our favorite haunts in the area like the Maine Diner, Perkins Cove and Nubble Lighthouse. I know we all have added to our memory file and will be able to recall this week many times in the future.
Labor Day Weekend
A lovely get-away for 5 lucky ladies. You have a marvelously comfortable spot with every amenity that we could think of. We felt pampered even without maid service.

A great place to relax, have fun and enjoy family times. Yes, it's Wells, Maine, Village By The Sea, Suite 7E. We all stayed happy and content with this suite. The pictures and decor are really priceless. We enjoyed our "1" rainy day inside relaxing and doing a "little" shopping (HaHa!) Things to do: Nubble Lighthouse, The "In Town Trolley" in Kennebunkport - a nice way to see all of the town and get all of the inside scoop on the town. The Rachel Carson Wildlife Trail was very nice and stroller accessible - a nice feature as we did have my seven year old daughter and one year old son. The view of the tidal river and the birds are truly breathtaking from the suite. Thanks again!
